Chip’s family has been in business in Central New York since the late 1800s. He has been surrounded by business strategies and sales since he was born. Chip is passionate about helping his community develop and grow. Chip is hooked on gaining more knowledge about the industry on a global level, so he can best help his clients. When he is not coming up with new ways to market his clients’ properties, he is traveling across the country attending conferences and events to gain more information and to contribute his ideas on the business systems for real estate.
Chip and his wife have three kids who occupy his time and life outside of real estate. He tries to dedicate his weekends to them as much as possible (which can be difficult in this industry). They play many sports (skiing, tennis, golf, karate, boating…) and support their local restaurants. Life is good. Chip loves working with The Hodgkins Homes Team because it is an excellent group of professional people who are not afraid to think outside of the box while still maintaining the enthusiasm and perseverance that is necessary for the real estate business.
